Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile client accounts using QuickBooks and Xero
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analyses
- Process accounts payable/receivable with 99.9% accuracy
- Assist with tax preparation and compliance documentation
- Implement financial controls to prevent fraud and errors
- Provide real-time financial insights to client stakeholders
- Maintain organized digital financial records in cloud systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Expertise in QuickBooks/Xero and MS Excel (Advanced Functions)
- Proven track record with multi-client portfolio management
- Strong GAAP compliance knowledge and audit experience
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- California CPA license (or actively pursuing)
