Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end closes and financial reporting
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and ensure compliance with GAAP standards
- Prepare tax documents and coordinate with external auditors
- Develop and maintain robust financial models for forecasting and budgeting
- Mentor junior accounting staff and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate finance
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and advanced Excel modeling
- Strong understanding of US tax regulations and GAAP compliance
- Proven ability to manage high-volume financial operations
- Excellent communication skills with stakeholders across all levels
