Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with meticulous attention to detail
- Manage full-cycle accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure accurate cash flow reporting
- Assist with quarterly tax filings and annual audit preparations
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting efficiency
- Maintain compliance with GAAP and industry regulations
- Lead month-end closing procedures and variance analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience in public or corporate settings
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax compliance requirements
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and manage competing priorities
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to numerical accuracy
- Experience with ERP systems (Sage 100 a plus)
