Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle accounting operations including month-end closings and reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements with weekend reporting deadlines
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processes with weekend check runs
- Conduct internal audits and ensure SOX compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on weekend financial initiatives
- Implement process improvements for weekend accounting workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Strong understanding of GAAP and weekend shift adaptability
- Proven experience with month-end close processes
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
