Job Summary:
As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for financial reporting, account analysis, and ensuring compliance with GAAP standards. We are currently filling immediate openings for candidates who are ready to hit the ground running.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and variance reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Ensure all financial data is recorded in compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Perform internal audits and recommend process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CMA certification is a plus.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or NetSuite).
- Strong knowledge of Excel, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts with minimal supervision.
