Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with weekend reconciliation cycles
- Manage weekend accounts payable/receivable processing and vendor communications
- Lead weekend payroll operations for 200+ employees across multiple entities
- Conduct weekend bank reconciliations and cash flow forecasting
- Support weekend month-end closing procedures with weekday team handoff
- Implement weekend internal controls and SOX compliance documentation
- Collaborate with weekday team via digital handoff protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with 3+ years' public accounting experience
- CPA license or active pursuit required
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel (VBA preferred)
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday 7am-3pm) with hybrid flexibility
- Proven experience with multi-entity accounting systems
- Strong weekend communication and documentation skills
- Experience with weekend payroll processing (ADP/Workday)
- Ability to manage digital handoffs with weekday teams
