Responsibilities
- Execute month-end closing procedures and financial reconciliations during weekend shifts
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processing and vendor communications
- Prepare detailed financial statements and variance analysis reports
- Oversee weekend payroll processing and tax compliance documentation
- Implement internal controls and audit procedures for weekend transactions
- Collaborate with weekday team on cross-departmental financial projects
- Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with GAAP standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and financial reporting tools
- Demonstrated experience with weekend or shift-based financial operations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
