Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting for 15+ client portfolios
- Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly financial statements
- Lead month-end closing processes with 48-hour turnaround
- Implement and optimize accounting software integrations
- Conduct internal audits and compliance reviews
- Mentor junior accounting staff remotely
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial strategy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in QuickBooks, NetSuite, and Excel/Power BI
- Proven weekend shift availability (Sat-Sun)
- Strong GAAP and tax compliance knowledge
- Remote work experience with self-discipline
- Excellent written communication skills
