- Mentor junior accountants and provide technical guidance on accounting standards

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate setting
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and advanced Excel functions
- Demonstrated success in managing multi-state tax compliance
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with audit preparation and financial modeling
