Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements, in compliance with GAAP.
- Manage and oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate payments.
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliations for bank accounts and general ledger accounts.
- Assist in the preparation of financial audits and tax filings by providing necessary documentation and analysis.
- Monitor cash flow and assist in budget preparation and variance analysis.
- Ensure all financial data is accurately recorded and reported in the company's ERP system (SAP/QuickBooks).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
- 3+ years of progressive experience in accounting or financial analysis.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CMA designation preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and accounting software.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and federal tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
