Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in strict accordance with GAAP.
- Manage and oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring all transactions are accurate and timely.
- Assist in the preparation of annual tax returns and facilitate internal and external financial audits.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure data integrity.
- Utilize accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite) to streamline financial reporting processes.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve financial controls and reporting efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills highly preferred.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CMA designation is a plus.
- Strong understanding of GAAP, internal controls, and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in a high-volume environment.
