Responsibilities
- Oversee the full cycle of accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal, state, and local financial regulations.
- Lead the annual audit process and coordinate with external auditors effectively.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in the development and monitoring of internal controls and budgets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- CPA certification or equivalent professional designation is preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience in a corporate setting.
- Proficient in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks) and advanced Excel.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
