Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including GL reconciliation, month-end close, and financial reporting
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting, forecasting, and audits
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
- Develop and maintain internal controls for financial systems
- Lead process optimization initiatives using accounting software
- Support tax preparation and documentation activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in corporate settings
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, NetSuite, or equivalent ERP systems
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage deadlines in remote work environments
