Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies within SLA
- Coordinate with procurement teams on 3-way matching for large vendors
- Implement process improvements using SAP and Oracle ERP systems
- Manage 1099 vendor compliance and tax documentation
- Lead month-end closing activities for AP sub-ledger
- Train junior staff on AP best practices and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of high-volume AP processing in tech industry
- Advanced proficiency in SAP and Oracle ERP systems
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) preferred
- Expertise in 1099 compliance and sales tax regulations
- Proven ability to process 500+ invoices monthly
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
