Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and optimize cash flow
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Implement and improve internal controls to enhance financial accuracy
- Lead audit preparation and coordinate with external auditors
- Utilize advanced Excel and ERP systems for data analysis and reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in a corporate setting
- Expertise in GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, NetSuite)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with remote work tools and self-discipline
- Excellent communication skills for virtual collaboration
- Proven ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
