Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements for diverse client portfolios
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles with 98%+ accuracy
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes
- Develop and maintain internal controls for compliance
- Collaborate with CFOs on budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Implement process improvements using QuickBooks Online and NetSuite
- Prepare tax documentation and support external audits
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance + 5+ years progressive experience
- CPA or CMA certification required
- Expertise in GAAP and SOX compliance
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and ERP proficiency
- Proven experience with multi-state taxation (CA/GA focus)
- Remote work experience with strong self-management
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
