Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, reconciliation, and financial reporting
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process optimization
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements compliant with GAAP and SEC regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives
- Implement internal controls to ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance
- Lead accounts payable/receivable processes and manage vendor relationships
- Conduct audits and provide recommendations for financial system improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with remote work exposure
- Expertise in GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, QuickBooks, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
