Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including GL maintenance, month-end closings, and financial reporting
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide strategic insights to leadership
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and ensure compliance with GAAP standards
- Prepare and submit tax documentation and support external audits
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance financial accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
