Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance and accuracy
- Lead budgeting and forecasting initiatives for key business units
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Conduct internal audits and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial strategy and decision-making
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate accounting
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel with advanced functions
- Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting and analysis
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, SOX compliance, and tax regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
