We are looking for a proactive individual to manage our accounts payable processes efficiently and accurately.
Responsibilities
- Process and verify invoices for accuracy, completeness, and authorization.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
- Manage the full-cycle accounts payable workflow within our ERP system.
- Communicate effectively with vendors regarding payment status and terms.
- Assist with month-end close procedures and financial reporting.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for audit readiness.
- Prepare and distribute expense reports to management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or similar finance role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is essential).
- Familiarity with accounting software (SAP, NetSuite, or Oracle experience preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred.
