Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements for Dallas-based clients
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and general ledger maintenance
- Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure SOX compliance
- Assist with month-end closing processes and variance analysis
- Develop financial models and forecasting reports for strategic planning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process improvements
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and SAP systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance (Texas focus)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with remote work tools (Slack, Zoom, Asana)
