Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end closing processes and ensure compliance with GAAP and SOX requirements
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements, variance reports, and executive dashboards
- Lead audit preparation processes and coordinate with external auditors
- Develop and implement process improvements for accounting workflows
- Maintain robust internal controls and documentation standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial modeling and forecasting

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
