Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and general ledger entries
- Process payroll and reconcile bank statements nightly
- Generate monthly financial reports and variance analyses
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
- Support audits and tax preparation documentation
- Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during night shift
Qualifications
- 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Night shift availability (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance required
- CPA or QuickBooks certification preferred
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Experience with multi-entity accounting systems
- Ability to work independently during night hours
