Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end accounts payable processing including invoice verification, coding, and payment scheduling
- Manage vendor communications and resolve payment discrepancies efficiently
- Reconcile vendor statements and ensure accurate financial reporting
- Implement process improvements using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Collaborate with auditors during compliance reviews
- Maintain organized digital documentation and audit trails
- Analyze payment trends to optimize cash flow management
Qualifications
- 5+ years of accounts payable experience in a corporate finance environment
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with attention to financial detail
- Experience with high-volume payment processing and vendor management
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- AP certification (CAPP) preferred
- Proven ability to meet deadlines in remote work settings
