- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processes and optimize working capital
- Conduct detailed financial audits and prepare supporting documentation
- Lead system implementations for accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with public or private companies
- Expert knowledge of GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication abilities for stakeholder reporting and presentations
- Experience with remote work tools and self-management in virtual environments
