Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize financial reporting processes for diverse client portfolios
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close procedures with precision
- Develop and maintain robust internal controls and compliance frameworks
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and strategic opportunities
- Prepare and present executive-level financial statements and management reports
- Oversee audit engagements and ensure regulatory compliance (GAAP/IFRS)
- Mentor junior accountants and foster continuous process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Expertise in full-cycle accounting and financial statement preparation
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of tax regulations and auditing standards
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines in a remote environment
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail
