Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for decision-making
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and ensure compliance with GAAP standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparations
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and accuracy
- Prepare tax documentation and support external audit engagements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software (e.g., NetSuite)
- Strong understanding of GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial controls
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines in a remote work environment
