Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance commentary
- Manage complex month-end and year-end closing processes
- Lead internal and external audit coordination activities
- Develop and maintain robust financial controls and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting
- Optimize accounting workflows using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and SOX regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks/NetSuite)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Experience with multi-currency and international transactions
- Proven ability to manage complex reconciliations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
