Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry and account reconciliation for the night shift.
- Process daily financial transactions, ensuring 100% accuracy.
- Assist in the monthly and quarterly close processes with a focus on speed and detail.
- Generate and audit financial reports and statements for leadership review.
- Monitor cash flow and bank account balances to prevent discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to resolve any outstanding accounting issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of accounting experience.
- Must be available to work the Night Shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) or similar schedule.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or SAP.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
