You will be responsible for supporting the finance department with daily operations, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and assisting with reporting tasks.

Responsibilities
- Assist with the processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain the general ledger system.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts on a monthly basis.
- Prepare and organize invoices, receipts, and financial documentation.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or currently pursuing one).
- 0-2 years of experience is a plus, but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced financial environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
