Responsibilities
- Execute complex month-end closing processes with zero tolerance for errors
- Manage reconciliations across multi-currency accounts and international subsidiaries
- Prepare and analyze financial statements adhering to GAAP and IFRS standards
- Lead SOX compliance audits and internal control documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Maintain robust financial models for strategic decision support
- Train junior staff on accounting systems and regulatory requirements
- Oversee tax preparation processes for corporate entities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of public accounting or corporate finance experience
- Proven expertise in month-end closing and SOX compliance
- Advanced proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
- Exceptional Excel skills with Power BI visualization experience
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously during night shift hours
