- Prepare monthly AP aging reports and cash flow forecasts
- Implement process improvements for payment efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience in mid-sized company
- Advanced proficiency in NetSuite or similar ERP systems
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAP) preferred
- Expertise in 3-way matching and audit compliance
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Remote work experience with proven self-management
