Responsibilities
- Perform month-end and year-end closing procedures with precision.
- Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Process and manage accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and budget analysis.
- Conduct internal audits and maintain compliance with accounting standards.
- Support the finance team with data analysis and ad-hoc reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Must be available to work the night shift (typically 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
