Responsibilities
- Execute accurate month-end and year-end closing procedures in a timely manner.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and general ledger accounts.
- Process and verify accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, variance reports, and supporting schedules.
- Assist with external audits and internal compliance reviews.
- Ensure all financial data is accurately entered into accounting software.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CMA designation preferred.
- Proven experience in general ledger accounting and financial reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage).
- Must be available to work night shifts (evenings/overnights).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
