Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage tax filings, garnishments, and compliance across 15 states
- Resolve payroll discrepancies with 99.8% accuracy through rigorous audits
- Support year-end processing including W-2s and 1099s
- Collaborate with HR on benefits deductions and leave administration
- Implement process improvements reducing payroll errors by 25%
Qualifications
- 3+ years payroll processing experience with multi-state compliance
- ADP Workforce Now certification or equivalent platform expertise
- Proficient in Excel with advanced formula knowledge (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Familiarity with FLSA, FICA, and state-specific labor regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven problem-solving skills with attention to detail
