Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily reconciliation of general ledger accounts and bank statements.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and accurate invoicing.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Assist in the preparation of year-end audits and tax filings.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, GAAP, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to facilitate a seamless financial transition.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a night shift setting.
- Proficiency with accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks) and MS Excel (advanced functions).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 5 PM - 2 AM).
