Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile daily general ledger entries and bank statements.
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes with strict accuracy.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, variance analysis, and audit schedules.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, GAAP, and state regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax filings.
- Perform month-end and year-end closing procedures efficiently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- 3-5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
- CPA certification is preferred but not required.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or SAP).
- Must be available to work the night shift (6:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
