Responsibilities
- Accounts Management: Process daily accounts payable and accounts receivable invoices with high accuracy.
- Bank Reconciliation: Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure all financial transactions are accounted for correctly.
- Data Entry: Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
- Reporting Support: Assist the senior finance team in preparing basic financial reports and Excel spreadsheets.
- Administrative Tasks: File documents, scan invoices, and manage general ledger accounts as directed.
- Compliance: Ensure all financial data is handled in compliance with company policies and regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is essential).
- Attention to Detail: Demonstrated ability to spot errors and maintain precision in data handling.
- Attitude: A strong willingness to learn, adapt, and undergo on-the-job training.
- Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with the finance team.
