Responsibilities
- Oversee full-cycle bookkeeping operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and credit card reconciliations with 100% accuracy.
- Prepare and maintain general ledger accounts, adjusting entries, and financial statements.
- Manage payroll processing and ensure timely tax filings.
- Assist in the preparation of year-end audits and financial reviews.
- Utilize QuickBooks and Xero to maintain up-to-date financial records.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proven expertise in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel (Advanced functions).
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (Bachelor's preferred).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
