Responsibilities
- Review and accurately process a high volume of invoices (PO, Credit Card, Expense Reports) to ensure timely payment.
- Maintain and reconcile vendor accounts, resolving discrepancies and answering vendor inquiries professionally.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, including aging reports and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and internal control procedures.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end close processes.
- Utilize accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) to manage data entry and reporting.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
