Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and ensure timely payment cycles
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and variance reports
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX, and internal financial controls
- Collaborate with leadership team on financial forecasting and strategic initiatives
- Lead accounts payable/receivable processes and payment cycle optimization
- Support internal/external audits and maintain accurate documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA certification required
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with remote work exposure
- Expertise in QuickBooks, SAP, and advanced Excel modeling
- Proven experience in month-end close and financial statement preparation
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, SOX compliance, and internal controls
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
