Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of daily tasks.
- Perform complex account reconciliations and variance analysis for financial reporting.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements.
- Conduct internal audits of financial data to ensure compliance with internal controls and GAAP.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions with a high degree of precision.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve reporting processes and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CMA certification is a strong plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and advanced Excel skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively during night shifts independently.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
