Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in strict compliance with GAAP standards.
- Process payroll and ensure all tax filings are accurate and submitted on time.
- Assist in internal and external audits by providing detailed documentation and variance analysis.
- Review and verify invoices for accuracy and authorize payments within established guidelines.
- Monitor budget variances and provide actionable insights to management.
- Maintain an organized filing system for all financial documents.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience is preferred.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CMA certification is a strong plus.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) is highly desirable.
- Must be available to work the night shift (e.g., 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software packages.
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
