We are urgently looking for a candidate who can hit the ground running and maintain high standards of accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily reconciliation of bank accounts and credit card statements to ensure accuracy.
- Process and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with company policies and GAAP standards.
- Maintain and update the general ledger system with precision.
- Prepare and file necessary tax documentation and payroll reports.
- Support the finance department with ad-hoc financial analysis and budgeting support.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in general accounting or bookkeeping.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero).
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Must be available to work a Night Shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
