Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and reconciliations
- Prepare financial statements and regulatory compliance reports
- Manage expense reports and vendor invoice verification
- Support internal audits and tax documentation
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial records
- Utilize QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP systems for data analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (2023 graduates welcome)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
- Basic knowledge of GAAP principles and accounting standards
