Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
- Process and review accounts payable and receivable transactions on a nightly basis.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and supporting schedules for management review.
- Perform bank reconciliations and fixed asset management.
- Assist with the annual audit process and coordinate with external auditors.
- Maintain accurate tax documentation and ensure timely filings.
- Support the month-end and year-end close processes efficiently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required.
- 2-5 years of progressive accounting experience preferred.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or NetSuite).
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Must be available and willing to work the Night Shift.
- CPA certification or CPA candidate is a strong plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
