Responsibilities
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable/receivable management
- Assist in month-end closing processes and financial statement preparation
- Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure transaction accuracy
- Support internal audits and compliance documentation
- Manage expense reports and vendor invoices
- Utilize QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel for financial data analysis
- Participate in process improvement initiatives
- Adhere to GAAP standards and company protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (recent graduates welcome)
- Basic knowledge of GAAP principles and accounting practices
