Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close processes
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Lead budgeting and forecasting initiatives for departmental divisions
- Conduct internal audits and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial modeling
- Maintain compliance with federal/state tax regulations
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Develop KPI dashboards for executive leadership reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and SOX compliance
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle)
- Proven ability to manage complex financial projects
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
