Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle accounting process, including month-end and year-end close procedures.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP and internal policies.
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings and internal audits.
- Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger accounts to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with management to provide financial forecasting and variance analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CMA designation preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (Advanced functions).
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or NetSuite).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
