Responsibilities
- Assist with daily accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger account analysis.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Process invoices, verify expenses, and ensure strict compliance with internal policies.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing process.
- Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and supporting documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of professional experience in an accounting or finance role (internships considered).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
- Basic understanding of accounting principles (GAAP) and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
